The hubby and i were at our garden, yanking out some weeds last friday, and i noticed a huge beet. so i started poking around to see what else i could reap, and found a couple more beets and a zucchini. yum!
i didn't think anything would grow from my garden. because of the weird weather earlier this year, the plants stayed small for a month.
rick was even excited about our pickings. he came home and ate his first raw beet eva!
so now we are officially beet farmers.
